As some of you already know, I’m only four weeks into becoming a skilled knitter, but already I’m thinking of what garment I should knit for my first real project. So here is a sketch of four designs I’m thinking of knitting. But which one should I choose?

PDF Sewing Tutorial – Felt Artwork: I decided to challenge myself by making a neckline appliqué artwork by hand and share it with the world! For this project I decided to use only 100% wool felt. Of course you can go crazy with all sorts of materials, but do not underestimated the difficulty of cutting some little felt flowers and hearts. It’s harder then it looks!

My craving to become a superhero knitter started already a few months ago, when working for the Dutch Etsy Community. During my time at Etsy, I’ve met so many Dutch wonderful crafty knitters, that I couldn’t help but getting infected with the knitting bug. Next to that, my mother, grandmother and mother in law all seem to possess the knitting super power, so I was hoping that this skill was also within my grasp.
